Internet BenchMark Service
No other source provides the wealth of data that the Internet BenchMark Service does. If you're an ISP who wants to know what your users actually experience, we package authentic, reliable, up-to-the-minute data on vital ISP performance areas. Because we provide a service and not just a report, our staff is available to help you interpret the data and turn it into action items that will increase your revenue and decrease your costs.
As an Internet BenchMark subscriber, you can use your monthly report to:

Internet Service Level Report
The ISP Service Level Report provides:
- Detailed information on how your ISP performs from your company's perspective
- Information on the performance of other ISPs so you can compare vendors
- High-level, industry-standard ratings
To produce the ISP Service Level Report, our automated test beds dial up providers and access the Internet thousands of times over a two-week period each month. We capture a wealth of statistics about those calls, giving you an "outside in" picture of the services your ISP, and others, provide.
You can use an ISP Service Level Report to:
- Save money by minimizing productivity loss — if your employees can't connect to the Internet, they can't work and that costs you money
- Compare ISP performance for purchasing decisions so you get more value for your money
- Manage service level agreements (SLAs) so you can hold your provider to a contracted standard of performance

Custom Internet BenchMark Testing
In addition to our standard subscription reports, we also use the same underlying Internet BenchMark technology to create custom tests to meet your specific needs. We can, for example, test your Network Access Server or other parts of your networks from one or more of our test locations around the world.
Our custom Internet BenchMark tests, unlike the standard Internet BenchMark Services, are available without a subscription. You can order single tests, or work with us to design monthly tests that meet your specific needs; we'll produce a final report, showing the results of our tests, to your exact specifications.
